Parent NotificationParent Rights for Schools that receive Title I Funds:

Clear Creek Elementary receives Title I funds that are used to support interventions for students in reading and math and professional development for teachers and paraeducators.

As the parent/guardian of a student in a Title I funded school, you have the right to request and receive information on the professional qualifications of your children’s classroom teachers and paraprofessionals.

 This includes:
*Whether the teacher has met state qualifying and licensing criteria for the grade levels and subject areas in which the teacher is teaching;
*Whether the teacher is teaching under emergency or other provisional status through which state qualification or licensing criteria have been waived;
*The baccalaureate degree major of the teacher and any other graduate certification degree held by the teacher including the field of discipline of the certification or degree; and
*Whether the child is provided services by paraprofessionals and, if so, their qualifications.

To request this information, please contact Mr. Tebo at 360-662-8105 or tobyt@ckschools.org.
